Provisional Variation Order

For Support Variation Applications under section 27 of the
Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act

NOTE:  A Provisional Variation Order will not be required for outgoing interjurisdictional support variation applications unless such an order is still required by the jurisdiction where the Respondent resides (i.e. the ISO Act, or similar legislation, has not yet been proclaimed in the Respondent's jurisdiction).
