Provisional Order
For Initial Support Applications under section 7 of the
Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act
NOTE: A Provisional Order will not be required for outgoing interjurisdictional support
applications unless such an order is still required by the jurisdiction where the Respondent resides (i.e. the ISO Act, or similar
legislation, has not yet been proclaimed in the Respondent's jurisdiction).
