The Family Law Information Centres have prepared booklets that provide general instructions about how to make many types of applications in the Court of Queen's Bench about family law matters.  These booklets set out the court procedure involved, and provide fill-in-the-blank forms that can be used for common applications.  You may obtain booklets by visiting the Family Law Information Centre or your nearest Court of Queen's Bench Clerk's Office if you live outside of Edmonton or Calgary. Or you may order the booklets from Queen's Printer.  There is a nominal charge to cover printing costs.  Or, you may download the booklets for free.

Warning:
These booklets pertain to the Alberta Queen's Bench Court Procedure only.  Please see a lawyer for legal advice.
